Grow a coaching
culture.
What would change if colleagues coached each other?
We help schools across the Gulf grow a coaching culture that lasts. We coach your people, we help your own staff learn to coach and we take it outdoors where it comes to life.
The shift we make
In the schools we love working in, people coach each other without really thinking about it. They ask before they tell and they listen a little longer than they need to. That habit is what we help you grow, so change becomes part of the place rather than another initiative.
Three ways we work
For your people
Coaching for the staff who carry your school and for the students who will lead it one day. One to one, in teams and in supervision.
See the coaching › Coach developmentFor your culture
We help your own people learn to coach, then stay alongside them while it beds in, so it becomes simply how your school works.
Build the culture › Time outdoorsFor real practice
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and expeditions, where character and coaching meet real weather. It is the part of our work no one else can copy.

Where most schools begin.
We start by listening
Tell us about your school, your people and what is weighing on you at the moment. There is no pitch.
We shape it together
Coaching, training and time outdoors, put together around your people and your budget. You see it all written down.
It stays with you
The skill stays in your school and we keep an eye on how it is landing, so it goes on working once we have left.
Closer to the source
Coaching from someone who has led the room.
Grow Wise is led by Krista, an executive and supervision coach accredited with the ICF and the ILM, with more than ten years leading education across the UK, Singapore and the UAE. She has sat in the difficult chairs herself and still does. The practice coaches, trains and advises. Trusted partners run the expeditions.

What we grow
Growth you can actually see.
Coaching is only worth doing if you can tell it is working. There are three things we look to grow in your staff and your students. We gather the evidence as we go. Choose a ring to see what we mean.
Wellbeing, character and leadership, grown together and measured together. Choose a ring to see what each one means and how we prove it.
How it begins
A conversation, not a checkout.
Every piece of work starts with a proper conversation about your school, your people and the change you are hoping for. No packages, no pressure. What we end up doing together, coaching, training or time outdoors, comes out of what we hear.
Start a conversationWhat they say
Change people can feel.
Our leadership team started coaching each other instead of telling each other. Six months on, it is just how we work now.
The training gave my staff something they use every single day, with each other and with the students.
My daughter came back from the mountains with something no tutor had managed to give her. A bit of backbone.
A rare coach who has actually carried the pack. The frameworks landed because the field time was real.
